SVThe Swedish SaaS company Reclaimit, a leading provider of aftermarket systems in the Nordics, is currently in an exciting growth phase. Now, they are significantly scaling up by strengthening their team with a new CMO and CFO.
Michaela Westberg, taking on the role of CMO, has a substantial background in the B2B tech industry and experience overseeing marketing strategy in rapidly growing SaaS companies. She most recently served as CMO at the SaaS company Exopen.
"I chose Reclaimit because it's an exciting company in a genuinely relevant industry. Return management and environmental impact are highly topical issues that will grow stronger as e-commerce businesses aim to reduce their return costs and carbon footprint while retaining loyal customers.
Michaela will develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that support Reclaimit's business goals and increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. As CMO, she will be responsible for marketing efforts across all channels.
Marcus Litz, joining as the new CFO at Reclaimit, holds a master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and has worked in various finance roles in and around e-commerce. He most recently served as Business Controller at MatHem and has previously worked on business analysis and pricing at Qliro.

At Reclaimit, Marcus will work on building structures, developing processes, and financial planning. He will also drive financial analysis and act as a business partner to the entire organisation.
